Christ Gospel Church Ministries main aim is to educate and to Train dedicated Native Missionaries to Plant churches in their community groups.The main focus of the training is to train indigenous Pastors, evangelists, Missionaries and church elders in church based theology education. We are praying to train 500 church leaders every year. Mat 9:37 Then he said to his disciples, "The harvest is plentiful"

Church Based Theological Training: The LORD has given us the burden and the call to be servants of the church”, by being resourceful in developing leaders in the Church – based Theological Education, which is the process of establishing the local churches toward spontaneous growth. However, majority of these churches are not established in want of sound teachings and leadership development.

Pastors are not trained or poorly trained. If not established, the threat would be lack of leadership in the second generation, and in the fourth generation, nominalism (in urban churches) and syncretism (in rural areas). Through this training programme we are training thousands of Pastors and church leaders and to see the Churches grow and establish in the teachings "The way of Christ and HIS Apostles".
